Click the microphone icon once to mute, that is stop sending your audio to other users (depicted below). Click again to send your audio to other users.
To adjust the sensitivity of the microphone input of your computer, click and drag the NuPhone microphone slider (depicted below) up or down as desired. Note that this setting is automatically set as a result of running the NuPhone audio training wizard. If you have not run this wizard then you should do so before using NuPhone to speak with others. To run the audio training wizard run NuPhone and when not in a room or on a call select: Tools - Audio Training and follow the prompts.
