Person-to-person calling is free. You must purchase a block of prepaid minutes if you are making "hosted" calls. CasualBlock prepaid minutes offer added savings, or with prior authorization, use OTF (On-the-Fly) minutes at $0.40/minute, billed to your credit card account monthly.

Notices and Definitions:
- ConnectMinutes are hosted call minutes used for many person-to-person and all multi-person conference calls. The Connect and Business Plans include a block of prepaid minutes monthly and additional or overage minutes are charged at $0.10 per minute.
- Prepaid Blocks are purchased separately for additional savings under your particular plan.
- On-the-Fly minutes are incurred if you do not have any prepaid Block minutes left on your account.
There is no charge for person-to-person calls when the network and ISP are configured to allow direct communication between the two participants. Calls and conferences which are hosted on the NuPhone Exchange incur chargable minutes.
Charges for Software Licenses
NuPhone software is licensed to you under the existing Terms and Conditions of the License Agreement and is currently provided at no charge. We reserve the right to terminate the license to the software that you may download from our site at no charge and we also reserve the right to disable it. Future software versions may require purchase of a Software license. Software licenses will not be charged for on a retroactive basis.
